We will start with an introduction of the history and origins of Venice , and a visit to the St. Mark's Church from the year 832 A.C. , built to protect the body of evangelist St. Mark brought to Venice from Alessandria . From the Doge's Palace , where the Doge lived, we will cross through the Bridge of Sights , built in the year 1600, to arrive to the Prison's Palace . At the end of the tour you can visit the artistic glass factory in Murano island to admire the creation masterpieces (optional visit)
