1st day – Rome/ Siena
Arrival at Fiumicino airport and transfer to Siena. Accommodation in the selected hotel and lunch.
Half day visit with local guide of the Duomo the city is famous for the Piazza del Campo and its Cathedral.
Dinner at restaurant facing the famous fan-shaped Piazza del Campo where you will taste “ Pici al ragout di cinghiale” , home-made pasta with boar sauce and the cakes Panforte, Pan Pepato and the Cantucci with Vin Santo.
Wine tasting in Siena with the oenologist: Vernaccia San Giminiano, Chianti Colline Senesi, Chianti Classico.
Overnight at hotel.
2nd day – Siena/San Gimignano/Greve in Chianti/ Radda in Chianti/Siena
Breakfast and full day with touring guide, dedicated to the visit of the Chianti Classico area.
In the morning visit of S.Gimignano, small medieval village with its 13 towers, where is possible to taste the “Nobile di Montepulciano”. Forward to Greve in Chianti, for a lunch in a castle with the roast suckling pig “ Maialino Chiantigiano” and to visit the wine cellar with wine and olive oil tasting: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Super Tuscan Le Marangone, Vin Santo and Grappa.

Free time for personal activities. Back to Hotel in Siena for dinner and overnight.
3rd day - Siena/Montalcino/ Pienza/ Montepulciano/ Siena
Breakfast and full day visit with touring guide dedicated to the Brunello di Montalcino area.
Visit of a wine farmhouse famous for the “Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino”. Short visit of Bagno Vignoni, where the main square is made by a thermal water basin closed on three sides by the town’s walls and the water flows at 52°. Then visit with local guide of Pienza famous for the “Ewe’s Cheese”, the Cattedrale dell’Assunta and Piazza Pio II. Continue to Montepulciano for the wine tasting of “Vino Nobile di Montepulciano” and visit of a wine cellar and dinner. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
4th day - Siena/ Torgiano
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Umbria region famous for the Torgiano Doc wine.
Accommodation at hotel and lunch. You will taste Strangozzi in Norcia’s truffle sauce.
In the afternoon visit of the Wine and Olive Oil Museum of Torgiano that are located in a small nucleus of medieval houses within the town walls. The museum covers ten rooms and opens with information provided by the National Research Council on the botanic characteristics of olive trees, the most common cultivars in Umbria, traditional and avant-garde techniques for cultivating and extracting the oil. Wine tasting.
Dinner at hotel. Overnight.
5th day - Torgiano/Montefalco/ Bevagna/ Torgiano
After breakfast departure for the visit of Montefalco on the top of a pleasant hill (473 mt.) with its enchanting location, known as "The Balcony of Umbria". Medieval town full of churches and frescoes on the St. Francis ‘s Life , famous for the red wine Sagrantino di Montefalco and Rosso di Montefalco. Wine tasting with light
Lunch. In the afternoon continue to Bevagna, wall medieval village who jealously preserve the old traditions and life style. A visit to the many churches , most of them deconsecrated and the remains of the RomanTheatre, that now houses a wooden paper mill which produces paper using Medieval techniques. Free time for personal shopping
You will have dinner inside a typical restaurant that occupies a well-preserved part of the two ambulatories of Mevania Roman theatre. Back to Torgiano for overnight.
6th day – Torgiano/Orvieto /Roma
Breakfast and departure to visit Orvieto, with its Duomo and the Well of S. Patrizio.
At lunchtime you will enjoy for the “Gnocchetti al tartufo umbro” , little dumplings with Umbrian truffle. In the afternoon wine tasting of the “Orvieto Classico Superiore and the Rosso IGT Umbria” in a famous wine farmhouse near Orvieto. Forward to Rome and accommodation at hotel.
Free time for discovering the centre of Rome . Don’t miss a Great Caffè Espresso at St. Eustachio bar
Close to Pantheon. Overnight at hotel.
7th day – Rome/ Frascati/Genzano/Ariccia/Rome
Breakfast and full day visit of the roman countryside called Castelli Romani.
Wine tasting at Frascati’s wine cellar : “Racemo Bianco Frascati Superiore, Racemo Rosso igt Lazio”. Time for a walk along CastelgandolfoLake. Then Genzano, famous for the bread used for the “bruschetta” (bread slices with oil and garlic or tomato). Continuation to Ariccia, and lunch in a typical Fraschetta in the centre of Ariccia where you will taste the “ Porchetta di Ariccia “ (a whole roasted pig). Lunch at a famous Fraschetta in the centre of Ariccia. In the afternoon visit of palazzo Chigi and the Garden. Back to Rome for free dinner in a typical trattoria close to Piazza Navona . Overnight.
8th day – Rome/Terracina/Fondi/ Sermoneta/Rome
Breakfast and full day with touring guide for the visit of the southern Latium.
Wine tasting in a famous farmhouse awarded for its wines as the “Circeo d.o.c Rosso and Bianco, the Circeo d.o.c.Trebbiano, the Moscato di Terracina and the Moscato di Terracina Passito”. Short visit of Fondi for tasting the “Mozzarella di Bufala” buffalo’s milk mozzarella. Forward to Sermoneta for lunch close to the castle. The “Gnocchetti allo Speck di Bufala“ home made dumplings with buffalo’s bacon, the “Pollo alla Lucrezia Borgia” chicken with a secret pine nuts sauce, and the “Torta di ricotta” ricotta cheese-cake and the almond biscuits. Free time and back to hotel in Rome .
Farewell dinner in Trastevere area in a famous restaurant famous for the roman Coda alla Vaccinara.

9th day - Rome
Breakfast in hotel and transfer to Fiumicino airport for departure.
