The hotel offers 163 rooms in mountain style, composed of 2 separate beds which can be united to form a double bed with telephone, TV, private shower/WC and hair dryer. In some double rooms there is a possibility to add a third bed or a fourth bed. Is located 1,5 km from the town’s centre and only 200 metres from the new four man chair lift “Teola-Pianoni Bassi” which connects to the other Mottolino’s lifts. The new chair lift can be reached, depending on the snow conditions, directly from the parking behind the hotel. Parking - unguarded, free of charge. Garage on request. The free Ski-bus, transporting people to the resort centre, to the other lifts and to the cross-country tracks, stops just 50 metres from the hotels. According to the "Hotel-Village tradition": the clients will be seated together in the restaurant sharing tables of 6-8-10 people. Village Entertainment only in Italian.

The luxury hotel, founded in 1836, many times enlarged and restructured in the 19th century: the halls of the hotel were richly decorated with stuccos and frescos following the Art Nouveau style and the front of the hotel was festooned with decoration in Venetian style.  

 After a period in which the hotel was closed for nearly 30 years a restoration and conservation project was made to restore the hotel to its former splendour.
